The pools at the hotel are beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing swim. The staff provided exceptional service, especially Jose Carlos and Natali, who were friendly and attentive. Our room was spacious and clean with lovely decor. However, the towel situation was frustrating. despite having tickets for towels, they wouldn’t provide us with more when I asked, causing unnecessary stress for my family. The food at the restaurant was good, but the wait times were longer than expected. Additionally, the WiFi was inconsistent in the rooms, making it difficult to plan our outings efficiently. I appreciated the beautiful grounds and the convenient location for exploring the area, but the service issues left me disappointed.

great base for exploring nearby parks and historic landmarks
I loved being just 500 meters away from the iconic Cerro de La Cruz, which offered breathtaking views, and being within almost 2 km of La Merced Church made it super easy to explore this stunning city on foot.

Had an amazing getaway with my friends! We enjoyed playing a friendly match at the full-size football pitch and some tennis. The staff was super friendly and made our stay memorable. Overall, a fantastic spot for a group vacation!
Only downside was the language barrier. It made communication a bit tricky at times, and we had to figure out the details about breakfast on arrival, which was annoying.

Ideal for a Group Getaway
The staff was attentive. They even prepared us coffee to-go early in the morning. And the pool area was fantastic for hanging out after a long day, like a little oasis!
It wasn’t cheap, but honestly it was still acceptable.

This hotel has beautiful grounds and a charming atmosphere. The staff members were friendly and eager to help, which was a plus. However, some amenities felt basic, and the no outside food policy was inconvenient. A noisy event on the last night also affected the stay.

The stay included a good breakfast option, and the atmosphere around the pool was enjoyable. It was frustrating that many of my guests faced confusion about breakfast costs, despite being booked for it. Additionally, the property seemed overpriced for the quality offered. The staff were friendly and the location was great for accessing local spots.
