    The pools at the hotel are beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing swim. The staff provided really good service, especially Jose Carlos and Natali, who were friendly. Our room was spacious and clean with lovely decor. The towel situation was frustrating. Despite having tickets for towels, they wouldn't provide us with more when I asked, causing unnecessary stress for my family. The food at the restaurant was good, but the wait times were longer than expected. The WiFi was inconsistent in the rooms. I appreciated the beautiful grounds and the convenient location for exploring the area, but the service issues left me disappointed.

    The hotel itself was a little old, nevertheless the breakfast was free and the staff were great. The location seemed marvellous and peaceful to Central Park.

    The setting was really poor.

    Location: the hotel was next to restaurants and entertainment areas, the gardens, and highly-rated sites nearer downtown. The staff was amazing and check in was early. Impressive room with carpet, I had a MEMORABLE stay.

    I loved being just 500 meters away from the iconic Cerro de La Cruz with amazing views, and being within almost 2 km of La Merced Church made it super easy to explore this fine city on foot.

    Good hotel with its friendly staff, outdoor swimming pool, and restaurant. I remember during my first stay, the staff helped with my suitcases. Highly recommend trying the restaurant! I'll be back for a weekend.
